We welcome you to The Firehouse Cottage Resort, and we want you and everyone to have a great time while visiting!
Please note the following rules and terms and conditions for everyone's safety and enjoyable stay.
No Smoking inside
Quite Time from 11 pm to 8 am
Outside Fires are to be done only in the fire pit, not to be left untended and to be put out when retiring or leaving the cottage and are subject to local county rules.
Children to be supervised by adults and under their supervision while on the property
Extra persons/Visitors/Pets must be pre-arranged and approved.
You must also acknowledge
No parties, or events
Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 12PM (noon)
Self check-in with smart lock
Must climb stairs - 3-4 steps on the deck
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $750
Braking any of the above rules may get you evicted without a refund.
